Description
Circu Flow is built on the benefits of the much-loved herb, Hawthorn, which has been used for centuries in Europe and Asia for heart and circulatory health. Modern research has shown that Hawthorn can be a useful addition to the daily regimen for supporting heart health by regulating blood pressure, helping to maintain healthy cholesterol levels, promoting flow of blood to the veins and oxygen to the heart, and helping with angina. Equisetum is best known in the Naturopathic literature as a source of silica, a mineral found in connective tissues. Equisetum is also thought to support energetic circulation, stimulate urination and enhance skin, hair and nail health. Though Chromium has been publicized more for its effects on weight loss and blood sugar level, a deficiency of this nutrient is considered a marker for coronary arterial disease. Deficiencies, too, of the mineral selenium are associated with the development of elevated cholesterol levels. Both this and Vitamin C are considered two of the most important antioxidants in the nutritional world and are recommended for those with heart conditions to protect against stroke and stroke-related damage. Vitamin C also provides protection against capillary breakage or leakage.
